Of course the most common ones are the Leafed Clover and Horseshoe. Below

CLOVER-The four leafed clover has been a symbol of Good Luck for many centuries in all cultures. According to tradition, one leaf brings fame, one brings wealth, one insures good health and the fourth means a faithful lover. Legend has it that when Adam and Eve were expelled from the Garden of Eden, Eve took along with her a souvenir in the form of a 4 leafed clover and if you are lucky enough to find one you are actually holding on to something from paradise.

FROG-In many cultures a frog is a symbol of prosperity, wealth, abundance and good luck.The people in Ireland believed them to be close relatives of the Leprechaunand capable of playing tricks on you when least expected.

ELEPHANTS-Elephants are a Symbol of Wisdom, Power, Loyality, Intelligence, Strength and Solitude. They have a positive symbolic meaning all over the world and are considered a Symbol of Good Luck with it's trunk in upright position.

ANGELS-As a Symbol of the invisible forces between heaven and earth, an angel is the most perfect of protectors and bringers of Good Luck. HORSESHOE-Americans of English and Irish descent prefer to display horseshoes upward; those of German, Austrian, Italian, Spanish, and Balkan descent generally hang them downward. People in some parts of Ireland and Britain believe that horseshoes must be turned upward or "the luck will run out." A Horseshoe 'Pointing up' will gather Your Luck, whereas 'Pointing down' it will shower You with Luck.

LADYBUG-In cultures all over the world the Ladybug is associated with Good Luck and Good Fortune...The Ladybug indicates good weather, if one lands on you when you are ill it takes the illness away,if one lands on your clothing you will soon get a new piece of clothing,if one lands on your hand and then flies away it means good weather and in some countries a Ladybug will bring Good Luck in finding your true love.

MUSHROOM-Associated with nature and the beauty of the forest, finding an Amanita Muscaria Mushroom is considered to be very lucky and supposedly predicts that good fortune is at hand.
