All orders, Designs or Tutorials, are sent out via Email. As soon the
orders have been verified they are emailed or in some cases a link will be provided
for download, which is usually within 12-24 hours. CD Orders are mailed Mondays thru
Saterdays. On weekends,download orders
will be filled immediately upon proof of purchase. Please provide a valid E-mail
address. Those who have AOL or spam guard need to add me to your accepted email list or provide
